How does a credit work?
One credit makes one custom emoji. Every new account starts with 1 free credit so you can try it before paying.
What's the difference between credits and an emote pack?
Credits make one emoji at a time, each unrelated to the last. An emote pack takes one photo and returns 17 matched expressions of that same person, already resized for Slack, Discord and Twitch. It's the set a streamer would otherwise commission from an artist.
What's the difference between Pro and a credit pack?
Pro is a monthly subscription: 2 full emote packs plus 100 single generations, refreshed every month. A credit pack is a one-time purchase of 10 single generations with no subscription.
What if an emote pack fails to generate?
You get a full automatic refund. Emote packs are paid up front, so if any of the 17 emotes can't be generated we refund the whole purchase, and you keep whatever did come out.
Are sub badges included in Pro?
No. Pro's 2 monthly packs are emote packs. A sub badge set is a separate one-time purchase at $4.99: one object, drawn once and recoloured into 6 subscriber tiers at 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 months, in three sizes for Twitch, Kick and YouTube. Same refund rule as an emote pack.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. You keep the credits for the cycle you've already paid for.
Can I use the emojis commercially?
Yes. Emojis you generate are yours to use in Slack, Discord, your products, and marketing.
